Nadja Buchenau

Nadja Buchenau has a master's degree in environmental engineering from the University of Kassel, specialising in renewable energies and resource management. As part of her master's thesis, she developed a brewery's climate neutrality strategy and focussed on emissions from the supply chain. Nadja Buchenau has been working as a research assistant at the Department of Environmentally Sound Products and Processes (upp) at the University of Kassel since 2022. The research focus of her doctorate is the interplay of climate protection and the circular economy within holistically sustainable business models against the background of the Digital Product Passport. At the same time, she has been part of the start-up be2morrow since 2024, where she is Head of Circular Economy.
