Since the year 2000, Franz Bauer has been active in fashion, during which time he built up the agency Urban Styles (formerly Snipes) between 2002 and 2009. Since 2011, he has been the owner of his own agency, focusing on sustainable brands such as Genesis Footwear, Patron Boots, and Ten Points. Franz is passionately committed to sustainable fashion and actively advocates for environmentally friendly practices in the industry.
