Welcome to MCBW 2012!

MCBW 2012 and its varied events address diverse target groups. In addition to trade-specific conferences and congresses, some of which are subject to a fee, a large number of the events can be attended by a broad audience. With a focus on Munich city center, design events such as showroom exhibits, company tours, interactive labs, podium discussions and receptions will take place all over the city. We look forward to seeing you there!

• With press accreditation you will have open access to all free events as well as to the press conference and the opening reception.
• The official press conference will be held on January 18, 2012 at 11 a.m. at BMW Welt. The reception hosted by Bavarian Economic Secretary Katja Hessel will take place on February 7, 2012 at 7 p.m. Kindly indicate on the form whether you would like to be accredited for these two events.
• We cannot guarantee free access to the events subject to a fee, but will be happy to record and verify your desire to participate. Kindly indicate on the form whether you would like to attend any of the events subject to a fee.
• Separate registrations are required for the iF design awards night on February 10, 2012 at BMW Welt. To register, please contact iF directly: Ms Sandy Karstädt, iF@neumann-luz.de, phone: +49 211 913 949-0.
• Please submit your completed application for accreditation to us by January 10, 2012. Applications received after this date cannot be guaranteed accreditation.
• If you are an editor, kindly send us a copy of your press card as proof of your status. If you are a freelance journalist, please send us a copy of your press card or an imprint of the past three months as well as an order form signed by a representative of your editorial office. You can upload these documents together with the signed accreditation form as one file (see below) or fax them to +49 89 995 906-99.
• We will dispatch your accreditation to you by mail.
• Please also send us a specimen copy, a pdf file, or a link to a sample of your work that has been published recently.
• The data collected will serve to make the registration process as easy as possible. Rest assured that your personal data will be used for MCBW purposes only and will not be forwarded to any third parties without your authorization.
